Ice-cream With Lemon \ ლიმონის ნაყინი

ძალიან იოლი და გემრიელი ნაყინის რეცეპტი (სახლის პირობებში)

Very easy and tasty recipe of ice-cream with lemon 

 

 We need :
 Cream
  Lemon & condensed milk  

საჭიროა: 500მლ 30%-35% ნაღები

ლიმონი და შედედებული რძე (ზგუშონი)

მომზადების წესი  

Preparation Instructions

გავწუროთ ლიმონი საკმარისი იქნება 50მლ 

 ავთქვიფოთ ნაღები სანამ არ გასქელდება . მთავარია ზედმეტი არ მოგვივიდეს ათქვეფა :D

 Beat up the cream. 

Beat up should be stoped 

as soon as cream'll start to get denser

Add condensed milk in cream and mix it 

დავამატოთ "ზგუშონი" ნაღებს და 

ავურიოთ

ვამატებთ ლიმნის წვენს და ვურევთ

Then add lemon juice da mix it 

pour out this in the form
 & put in a freezer.
 In 2 hours mix it and put it in a freezer before full freezing for 6-8 hours (instead of lemon you although can use chocolate and nuts)
 

ჩავასხათ ფორმაში ჩავდოთ საყინულეში 2 საათით, შემდეგ გამოვიღოთ კარგად ავურიოთ და ისევ ჩავდოთ საყინულეში 6-8 საათით

(ლიმონის მაგივრად შეიძლება გამოიყენო თხილი ან შოკოლადი)
